Our drill rig equipment is highly
maintained and presently consists of one CME 85 (2008 model), and two
CME 75 High Torque drill rigs (2008 & 1990 models) utilizing 6¼ to
14¼-inch (O.D.) hollow-stem auger with capabilities to 300 feet. The
CME 75 drill rigs are mounted on an all-wheel drive trucks to mobilize
to otherwise inaccessible areas. All of our drill rigs are equipped
with 250 to 350 gallon water tanks on-board. Our support equipment
consists of 1½ to 2½-ton stakeside trucks and decontamination trailers.
Our decontamination trailers are essentially self-contained and
equipped with a steam cleaner; 6000 watt generator; 250 gallon water
tanks; and an enclosed steam cleaning rack with an underlying rinsate
collection tank. The rinsate water generated from steam cleaning
operations is efficiently pumped into 55-gallon drums or other
appropriate containers. The drill rigs are equipped with the
state-of-the-art CME Automatic SPT Hammer as well as the Continuous
Sample Tube System to continuously sample the subsurface profile as
drilling progresses. All of our drill rigs are equipped with the Mobile
Safe-T-Driver hoist and "In-Hole" Sampling Hammer to
facilitate/expedite soil sampling for environmental investigations. We
also have angle drilling capabilities to explore below underground
storage tanks, pump islands and similar inaccessible areas.
Additionally, the drill rigs are equipped with a Moyno 3L8 drilling
fluid pump for grouting as well as mud rotary drilling and/or rock
coring.

Our direct push equipment consists
of a 2004 Geoprobe Model 6610DT. This state-of-the-art heavy duty probe
is track mounted for all-terrain applications as well as is tightly
designed for limited access jobs. Our tooling consists of 1.5 to 3.25
inch rod systems, the SP 16 Groundwater Sampling System, the Macro-Core
Continuous Soil Sampling System, and the powerful GH60 hammer. Typical
operation sampling depth, depending on the stratigraphy, is generally
70 to 90 feet.
Our air-vacuum excavation equipment
for underground utility verification consists of a 2008 Vacmasters
System 1000 unit. The system utilizes air in lieu of water due to its
efficiency in most soils; the soils stay dry for fast backfilling;
eliminates wet soil disposal problems; its safer for the utilities and
the operators; and will not jeopardize the integrity of pavement base
sections due to saturation. The unit is trailer mounted to mobilize
into limited spaces, as well as to be trailered with our drill rigs to
eliminate separate mobilization and crew costs.
